Sign up and create a new Graduation Fondfolio. Share the unique questionnaire url with friends and family of the recipient. You’ll be notified each time someone contributes and can edit as needed.

When you’re ready, add your customizations and place the order. You’ll get the digital version immediately and we’ll send you a pdf proof of the pages to approve before we start printing.

When should I start collecting contributions?
As soon as you know the graduation date. Give yourself at least a couple weeks to collect contributions comfortably, and place the order at least two weeks before you need it in hand. You don’t pay until you’re ready to order, so there’s no risk in starting early.
What if the graduate is moving away?
That’s actually when a Fondfolio means the most. The digital version can be shared with everyone who contributed immediately after the order is placed, so even if they’ve already moved, they can read it on any device. And the physical book ships directly to wherever they’ll be, whether it’s a new city, state or country — we ship globally!
Can this work for professional qualifications?
Absolutely. A newly qualified doctor, lawyer, nurse, or tradesperson has worked just as hard — often harder — than a traditional graduate. Fondfolio works beautifully for any achievement that deserves more than a card.
How many people can contribute?
Sewn with durable waxed Irish linen thread, the exposed spine allows for an infinite number of contributions, and serves as a visual reminder of the real human connections expressed within. We’ll select a thread colour that best compliments your cover.
Collect as many contributions as you can — the more the merrier, at no extra cost.
Can I personalize the engravings?
By default each book is engraved with a unique cover design, usually something geometric and abstract. But you can use your own design, or commission something specific to the recipient
The inside back cover of each Fondfolio is also engraved with befitting words from a socially conscious visionary — we’ll select from one of our favourites or you can provide your own text.
We giftwrap each book in a locally sourced vintage scarf using the Japanese “Furoshiki” technique — another unique touch that also helps reduce our impact on the environment.
After the order is complete you’ll immediately receive a digital version of the Fondfolio which can be shared with everyone who contributed — great for those who can’t be there to celebrate in person.
We’ll print a scannable code in the back of each book so the recipient can bring their words with them wherever they go.
