Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of this work, all sales are final. In the 10+ years that I’ve been doing this I’ve never had a customer ask to return a book, and I can’t imagine anyone ever wanting to do this, but it must be said.

That said, if your book arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or goes missing in transit, I will always make it right. Before I print anything, you'll receive a full PDF proof to review and approve, so there's an opportunity to catch anything that needs adjusting before the book is made.

I always say you should place the order 2 weeks before you need it in your hands. That allows for 4-6 days of shipping time and plenty of buffer for me to make the book. Usually I can deliver a book in less time than that, but occasionally it will take longer.
