Here are a couple of things you can try if you are experiencing issues:
- Do a hard refresh: (Windows: Ctrl + R, Mac: Command + R)
- Clear your browser’s cache
- Clear your browser’s cookies
If none of those things solve your problem, then email us with the following info so that we can recreate your environment and try to replicate your issue:
- Your device and operating system e.g iPhone 11 + OS10, Pixel 4 + Android, PC + Windows 10, etc.
- Your browser type and version e.g Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari etc.
- A detailed description of the issue and the steps you took to get there. e.g I clicked on the “Update” button, but I didn’t see a confirmation that my changes were saved.
- A screenshot, if you can. In these cases a picture is truly worth a thousand words.
