What happens if someone only answers one of the questions or doesn’t answer all the questions?

The contribution form requires that each question have a response in order to submit, but questions can be skipped simply by typing a character in the field.

When we make the book, we’ll remove any skipped questions from the contributions in the proofing phase, after the order has been placed.
