Here are a couple of things you can try if you are experiencing issues:

  • Clear your browser’s cache
  • Clear your cookies
  • Do a “hard refresh” (Windows: Ctrl + R, Mac: Command + R)

If none of those things solve your problem, then email us with the following info:

  • Your device and operating system (iPhone 11 + OS10, Pixel 4 + Android, PC + Windows 10, etc.)
  • Your browser type and version (Chrome, Edge, Safari etc.)
  • A detailed description of the issue and the steps you took to get there. e.g I clicked on the “Update” button, but I didn’t see a confirmation that my changes were saved.
  • Include a screenshot if you can — in these cases a picture is truly worth a thousand words.
